Good design
starts with people.

I connect the dots between people, spaces, and digital experiences. Turning everyday complexity into something that just makes sense.

FROM THE WAY WE MOVE.
TO THE WAY WE interact.

ONE CONNECTED PRACTICE

My perspective comes from designing spaces and working inside real services. I bring that same attention to context, flow, and human behaviour to digital products.

02 / INTERIOR DESIGNTHE PHYSICAL SIDE OF MY PRACTICE
B. BOLD DESIGNS / COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL

Before screens,
there were spaces.

Interior design taught me to think beyond the surface. A beautiful space has to support the people who use it: how they arrive, move, gather, and feel.

Edn shows that approach through a hospitality concept. More projects from my spatial practice are available below.

HOSPITALITY CONCEPT / 2022

Edn — a terrasse, all year.

A restaurant and speakeasy concept with dining at different elevations, planted materials, and deliberate service paths. Designed to consider both the guest’s experience and the staff’s working comfort.

WHAT CARRIES INTO
product design?

FROM SPACE TO SCREEN

Circulation becomes navigation. Spatial hierarchy becomes information hierarchy. Guest and staff needs become a wider view of the user journey.

MONTRÉAL, CANADA / MULTIDISCIPLINARY BY EXPERIENCE

A designer.
A question asker.
A people person.

I’m Damon, a Montréal-based designer building my practice in product design. My background spans interior design, hospitality, and operations—fields where understanding people is part of the daily work.

Working in restaurants taught me to consider the experience from both sides: the guest finding their way, and the team making the service work. Interior design gave me another way to shape that experience through layout, atmosphere, and detail. Today, I bring those perspectives to digital products.

For Dose and Northern Hospitality, the concepts, inspiration, and collected information are my own; AI created the app and website builds. Research and usability testing are my next step. I’m open to junior and mid-level product design opportunities.

How I think

Understand the context.

I ask what people need and what gets in their way. My background helps me consider both the person using an experience and the team delivering it.

Make complexity clearer.

I break complicated journeys into manageable decisions. Structure, hierarchy, and language guide people toward the next useful step.

Keep questioning.

I use feedback to challenge assumptions and refine ideas. Each revision has a clear purpose and a question to test next.

or a good question?
I’d love to hear it.
